Community Involvement

We design and implement public consultation programmes and community liaison strategies. Recent projects have involved a full range of techniques including: focus groups; structured interviews; Citizens’ Juries; postal surveys and telephone polls. We also design exhibitions, large scale public debates and other highly interactive events. Our aim is to provide our clients with an in-depth understanding of public opinion in relation to individual sites, masterplan projects and policy objectives.

Team Building

We provide expertise in organisational development, communication training, and, team building alongside our core work in public involvement. Our team has a proven track record in developing and facilitating "Away Days" for senior management teams, as well as orchestrating large scale multi agency and/or staff events. We are also involved in a number of long term change management programmes.
